After a traumatizing event at the age of 7, JR's legacy of being one of the best song writers is tarnished.
Now, 20 years after waiting for the perfect moment to return, JR decided to start posting to social media. Then he gets a call to play a comeback show, his first show since the incident. JR takes the gig, googles how to play a show with chords and stuff, and then plays the show. During the show JR didn't play a song from start to finish. Just 3 days after the concert JR finds out that he's sued for $36,000 for not playing a song from start to finish. ...What a comeback...
Now, lower than ever, JR runs away to FL for over 6 months. There he meets a band, Anthill Cinema, and fails at a lot of things, including big music festival opportunities.
Now, even lower than even lower than ever, JR returns to Missouri and moves back into his trailer. Just months after moving back into his trailer a tractor runs through the side of his room, wrecking his home. JR then has to move back in with Randall. JR gets asked to play yet another show, this time to redeem himself and get out of debt.
JR sets out on an adventure to get a stage, get lights, get a band, and finish an entire song live on stage, in front of people.'
Can JR get his shit together long enough to finish 1 concert, or even 1 song?
